All orders must be signed for at time of receipt so please ensure someone is available to sign on the day of delivery – this is why you may prefer to receive delivery at work on Wednesdays (Thursdays in the case of long weekends). If you plan to receive your delivery at home – please be available to accept between 9am and 5pm on the day of delivery.
All orders will leave SupperWorks in A1 condition and will be packed with sufficient cold packs to keep the entrées in the same condition for up to 60 hours. Please notify us via email to email@example.com if your package is damaged in transit.
I have read and understood the SupperWorks Cancellation Policy.
I assume full responsibility for the proper storage of all of my SupperWorks entrées.
After receipt, I will promptly freeze my SupperWorks
entrées at or below temperatures of minus 18 degrees C (0 degrees F).
I will thaw my entrées safely (in the refrigerator) and cook within
2 days of thawing.
I will follow the cooking instructions provided for each entrée,
including the instructions regarding the proper internal temperature
of cooked foods.
I release SupperWorks from all claims, damages, and causes of action
or liability which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage,
and consumption of SupperWorks entrées, except if solely due to the
gross negligence of SupperWorks.

All orders must be paid in full by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Amex) at the time the order is placed and no cancellation is permitted.
