All orders must be signed for at time of receipt so please ensure someone is available to sign on the day of delivery – this is why you may prefer to receive delivery at work on Wednesdays (Thursdays in the case of long weekends). If you plan to receive your delivery at home – please be available to accept between 9am and 5pm on the day of delivery.
All orders must be paid in full by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or Amex) at the time the order is placed and no cancellation is permitted.
All orders will leave SupperWorks in A1 condition and will be packed with sufficient cold packs to keep the entrées in the same condition for up to 60 hours. Please notify us via email to delivery@supperworks.com if your package is damaged in transit.
