Unstuffed Beef and Pepper Stew (stovetop)


(stovetop): Thaw completely in refrigerator. Empty contents of stew bag into a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Crumble in Ground Round. Add rice. Simmer, covered, 20 min. Ladle stew into bowls and garnish with shredded cheese or sour cream and freshly ground pepper. Serve with warm bread.
