Oodles O Noodles Beef & Veggie Pot (3-4 quart crockpot)
(3-4 quart crockpot): Thaw completely in fridge. Place beef & veggies in 3-4 qt. crockpot. Add 4 c. water (SPLIT orders add 2 c. water). Stir. Cover and cook on low approx. 7-8 hours. 25 min. before serving, stir in egg noodles and quickly re-cover crockpot. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Orange Ginger Chicken (stovetop)
(stovetop): Thaw completely in fridge. Coat a frypan with a little oil and heat over medium heat. Cook chicken 5-6 min. per side OR until done (internal temp 165F/74C). Add sauce. Cook sauce, stirring and periodically spooning over chicken until somewhat thickened and “sticky”, approx. 2 min. Serve sauce over chicken. Suggested Sides: Our Best Ever Crunchy Coleslaw!
