Mango Tango Chicken (grill)

 

(grill): Thaw completely in fridge. Oil grates and preheat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding excess marinade. Grill 5-7 min. per side, covered, OR until cooked through (internal temp.165F/74C). Stir mango relish; serve, cold, with chicken. Suggested Sides: Boiled or grilled new potatoes, an icy cold beer.


Maple-Glazed Salmon (grill or oven)

 

(grill or oven): Thaw completely in fridge. Unwrap salmon. Wearing plastic gloves, rub oil and spice blend all over each piece of salmon. Preheat grill to medium or preheat broiler. Clean and oil grates. Grill or broil fish approx. 3 min per side. Drizzle fish with maple syrup. Grill or broil 1 more min. OR just until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork (internal temp. 158F/70C). Suggested Sides: Our 7-Grain Goodness, broccoli spears.


Maria's Best Garden Patch Chili (stovetop)

 

(stovetop): Thaw completely in refrigerator. Empty squash mixture into a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until squash is tender, approx. 40 min. Stir in corn/black bean mixture. Simmer until heated through, approx. 5 min. Serve with hot, multi-grain rolls (included) and a sprinkle of grated cheddar, if desired.


Mediterranean Turkey Burgers (stovetop)

 

(stovetop): Thaw completely in fridge. Clean and oil grates. Heat grill to medium-high. Cook, turning once, 5-6 min/side, or until browned and cooked through (internal temp.165F/74C). Serve on whole wheat hamburger buns (included) with sliced tomatoes and a sprinkle of feta. Suggested Sides: Our Sweet Potato Fries.


Moroccan Chicken (stovetop)

 

(stovetop): Thaw completely in fridge. Brown chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat, approx. 6 min. per side. Add broth & bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, covered, approx. 15 min. Add mint and olives. Continue cooking, covered, approx. 5 min, OR until done (internal temp. 165F/74C). Remove chicken to a platter; tent with foil to keep warm. Bring remaining broth to a boil. Add couscous (Split orders, add 1 c. couscous). Stir. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 5 min. Suggested Sides: Our 6-Minute Greens.


Mozzarella Pizza Burgers (grill or stovetop)

 

(grill or stovetop): Thaw in fridge. Grill: Clean and oil grates. Heat grill to medium. Spray both sides of burgers with non-stick spray. Grill 4-6 min/side, turning once (internal temp. 165F/74C). Stovetop: Coat a frypan or skillet with non-stick spray. Cook over medium heat 9-11 min/side OR until done. Both: Sprinkle mozzarella on burgers during last few minutes of cooking. Serve on toasted whole wheat hamburger buns (included) topped with a dollop of warmed pizza sauce (included). Suggested Sides: Our sweet potato fries, veggies & dip.


Mushroom-Smothered Sirloin Roast (3-4 quart crockpot or oven)

 

(crockpot or oven): Thaw completely in fridge. Crockpot: Empty bag into crockpot (3-4 quart crockpot recommended). Cook, covered, on Low for 7-8 hours. (Split Crockpot: Cook 6-7 hours on Low). Remove roast from crockpot and slice. Oven: Empty bag into a dutch oven or casserole. Add 1 c. water. Roast, covered, at 325F/163C for 2-2 hours, OR until tender. (Split Oven, add c. water, cover, and roast at 325F/163C for approx. 2 hours). Suggested Sides: Our Creamy Peas n Orzo, mashed potatoes. Use contents of crockpot as gravy.
