Deconstructed Chicken Enchiladas (oven)


(oven): Thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 375F/190C. FULL: Bake, covered 45 min. SPLIT: Remove lid. Cover tightly with 2 layers of foil and bake approx. 35 min. BOTH: Uncover and bake an additional 30 min. OR until chicken is cooked through (internal temp. 165F/74C) and cheese is melted. Suggested Sides: Our Southwest Buttered Corn.
